Phase I: Develop Candidate Profile

Phase I starts with a comprehensive kick-off meeting designed to review your key areas: previous jobs, leadership activities, extracurricular activities, honors, awards, career goals, academics, and other professional and personal accomplishments. Our goal during this session is to fully understand all aspects of your profile. We will leverage our "Profiling Database" which will begin to outline your areas of strengths and weaknesses. Through the use of this tool, we will be overlaying your profile with the actual admissions criteria utilized by admissions committees.

Phase II: Identify Application Strategy

Based on your candidate profile developed in Phase I, we will present you with a detailed application strategy. The application strategy will include:

• School selection (agreed upon with you)
• Overall work plan with timing and key dates (encompassing all the schools you will be applying to)
• Necessary development plans (retaking GMAT, enrolling in a quantitative course, enlisting in a volunteer organization, etc)
• School communication plan (touch points with the schools, key events to attend, etc)
• High level topic analysis (map of the topics to highlight in the various sections of the application)

The application strategy will be designed to ensure we are highlighting your strengths and minimizing your weaknesses. It will also ensure that you have a comprehensive view of the overall application timeline, commitments, requirements, and key deadlines. With our strategy document, you will be on top of it throughout the whole cycle.

Phase III: Outline Application Components

Phase III will focus on developing outlines for the application components across all the schools you will be targeting. During the outlining phase, we make sure that all aspects of your application are presented in a logical sequence making your application flow smoothly from component to component. We will compile all of the application and essay requirements for the schools to which you will be applying. This will ensure that we have a comprehensive and holistic view of all the topics we need to address across all applications. At this point, we will also recommend who you should select for your letters of recommendations.

Phase IV: Write & Finalize Application

Utilizing several one-on-one sessions and email exchanges, we will work with you to conduct detailed editing on all of your application components - resume, essays, short answers, and recommendations. With our editing, you will receive extensive comments, line-by-line edits, and insightful critiques. We will truly challenge you to create each application component perfectly. Also at this stage, we will focus heavily on making sure you understand what admissions committees are looking for in the various parts of the application. This will ensure each application is tailored and optimized specifically for that school.

Phase V: Interview Preparation

Being prepared for the interview is crucial. We spend a great deal of time making sure you are prepared and confident walking into your interview. During this phase we will:

• Share with you successful interview strategies
• Outline the specific interview requirements for each school you are targeting
• Leverage our proprietary interview database to provide you with questions most consistently asked by your target schools
• Conduct mock interviews
• Provide feedback for improvement

Post-Application Assistance

Once your applications are submitted, our work together does not stop. Inside MBA Admissions will help you with all of your post-application needs. We will help you choose which school to attend and how to navigate the scholarship and financial aid processes. We will ensure all school communications are orchestrated effectively. And, should you need it, we will work with you to develop a detailed waitlist strategy specific to each school.
